The Following are the Policies for our Web Store:

Garment Care

Computer monitors vary greatly in color rendition.  All colors of garments and ink represented on our web site are for illustration purposes only and do not constitute exact renditions of the final product.  We have found that variations are especially great in hues of red (pink, etc.).  Buyer beware - and thanks for understanding.

While we make every effort to process your order within two business days, please allow one week for processing in house before shipping.

All orders are "on demand."  We do not stock printed garments.  Everything is printed when ordered.

We do make an effort to stock garments, but there are times that we run out and need to order from our suppliers, hence the week lag time allotment.

We are not responsible for manufacturer shortages or delays in processing our orders, which may delay your order.

Currently all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

We attempt to keep our shipping charges as close to actual costs as we can.

Small orders (one or two items) do tend to be more expensive to ship.

Since we print "on demand" (each item is printed when you order it - not before), the following stipulations apply for returns:

    - We will be happy to correct an error we make in printing or filling your order (i.e. we shipped a size you did not order).

    - We will be happy to correct manufacturer defects that slip through our quality control.

    - We do not allow returns for "unwanted" items or misordered items (i.e you chose the wrong size or what you ordered doesn't fit).

    - No returns accepted on ANY garments that have been worn or washed.

    - No returns accepted over 7 days from your receipt of order.  Please inspect it when you get it.

    - Return shipping charges are your responsibility for any return.

Please follow all care instructions that are included on the manufacturer tag in the garment.

In addition, printed shirts should be washed inside-out to prolong the life of the printing on the shirt.

Ironing on the reverse side will also help to prolong the printed image.

We are not responsible for fading or other deterioration of designs on garments.
